Invariably the first question asked is - who is Osteopathy for?
 
The simple answer to this is EVERYBODY.
My personal practice covers the age spectrum from 6 days to 91 yrs.
Osteopathy is about nurturing HEALTH in our patients, by relating anatomy optimally to promote efficient physiology.
REST and NUTRITION are the pillars of health so a good nights sleep, comfortable work position, driving position and fuelling your body correctly are intrinsic parts of staying healthy.
